If you are looking in West Linn, here is a decent find. Tax Value is 490k Eppraisal Value is 370k Zillow Value is 393k At 2580sf it is a good deal listed at $233,900 I would offer closer to 219,900 but expect it to sell closer to 225k now that it is dropped in price!
